The 3 best ideas for a sweet and healthy breakfast

Guys! It’s time to replace our sweet cereals bowl by healthy and delicious recipes… yes I swear, better than lucky charms!

1- The breakfast bowl

. 8-10 spoons of oatmeal or quinoa

. 5 spoons of fruit puree

. 1 glass of vegetal milk

. some oleaginous (nuts, almonds, cashews…)

. you can add a banana or some red berries

Mix everything in a bowl and enjoy it!

2- Chia pudding

This recipe is so good if you need vegetal proteins.

For 1 pudding

. 2 spoons of chia

. 1 cup of vegetal milk

. 1 fresh fruit

The day before, mix the sia seeds and the vegetal milk.

Put it in a cool place all night.

In the morning you will notice that the seeds are bigger and gelatinous.

put your seeds in a bowl with your fruits and if you want, nuts on top.

3- Golden latte

Do you know what is the golden latte? A healthy and antioxydant drink, and absolutely delicious!

. 1 cup of almond or coconut milk

. 1 spoon of honey

. 1 spoon of turmeric

. 1/2 spoon of ginger

. A pinch of pepper

Cook all the ingredients and mix it. Then…drink!
