Why you should use a positive notebook

A beautiful day can easily turn into a nightmare : unexpected events, sad news… the most difficult is to not focus on the negative. That’s why I use a positive notebook! It can change your mood in few minutes!
Check how :

1- Clear your mind

When you come back home from work, you have accumulated so much different emotions, positive and negative. To feel good again, writing is the best. Make two columns, one + oneand take 5 to 10 minutes every evening on every little details stuck in your brain. It will help you to completely free your mind.

2- Focus on the positive

Now, look at your positive column and focus on it. Read it and remind you each moment of it. Smile, laugh and it will help you to realize that your day was not so bad!

3- Analyze your source of happiness

Making this kind of journal will help you to learn more about you.
You force your brain to remind all the positive details of your day and analyze what makes you happy in your life. It can be a coffee, a music, a call to a friend, a tv show… and this is the key to fight a negative moment.

Here Several formats

1- A simple paper journal

If you like writing and drawing, this is the best for you.

2- Application

If you prefer the new technologies, you can use the note app on your phone. I tried the app Smylife and I love it, very practicle and efficient to plan your appointements and meetings, but it also sends you a reminder with the positive notes you written.

What about you? Do you use a positive book?

Keep trying and stay positive
