What if the happiness was about doing nothing?
Today, I am gonna talk to you about “Niksen”.

I was watching at them on my bed or my sofa(my two favourite places), wondering why I was not doing all those things.
And then I asked myself ” but do they have free time?” , you know this time just to do nothing.
And this is exactly what Niken is about.
In netherland, this word means ” nothing”.
This is the art of doing nothing, and OMG I love it. I am sure it exists especially for me.
So now I will give you some tips to practice Niksen at home
– if you practice it for the 1st time, 10 to 15 minutes are enough.
-Look at the sky, listen to good music, allow your spirit to unwind…
-Move away from all screens, and enjoy the serenity.
-Day by day, you can ad some niksen time to your daily routine and extend it if you like it.
