When summer is coming, our food preferences change. We want fresh and colored food. And what better than a no-bake recipe!
Here my favourite ones!
125 g white cheese
4 tablespoons of garlic and fine herbs cheese such as Boursin
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 bunch of dill
Step 1 : wash and cut the cucumbers.
Step 2 : mix the cucumbers, the white cheese, the olive oil, the Boursin and the dill.
Step 3 : salt according to your taste.
Cucumbers, tomatoes and black olives salad.
8 cherry tomatoes
12 black olives
2 garlic cloves
Step1 : Wash the cucmbers and the cherry tomatoes, cut them.
Step 2 : Wash and chop the parsley
Step 3 : Put the cucumbers in a sieve, salt them, let rest 1 hour.
Step 4 : Peel the garlic cloves and the shallots
Smell and taste!
250 g of coocked cheackpeas
2 tablespoons of tahini (or sesame cream)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 pinches of paprika
Step 1 : Rinse the chickpeas and drain them. Press the lemon and take the juice.
Step 2 : Mix the chickpeas and the lemon juice, the olive oil, the salt, the pepper and the tahini until you have a smoothie paste.
Step 3 : Pour the humus in a bowl and add one more tablespoon of olive oil.
Keep it cold for one hour and add one pinch of paprika before serving.
