Let’s talk about productivity!
In summer, the day begins early, it gives you motivation to do more in the morning or before work.
Doing a lot in the morning is a source of happiness and the beginning of a productive day.
Today I share with you 8 things to do before 8 am!
Nothing better than meditate in the morning. If it is not your thing, just sit, and think about your day, yourself and what makes you happy. I love thinking about all I planned, and my goals. If I have do to something stressful, I visualize it and imagine how I can handle it.
2- Plan my day
I am a very organized person, I love lists, I make lists for everything! I write on my notebook or my phone memo. It allows me to begin my day with a free mind.
3- Inform yourself
An other thing to do in the morning, is to have an eye on the news. Radio, tv news… It can be stressful sometimes to hear about some bad events, but you need to be open to the world.
4- Take time for yourself
This is the best thing to do in the morning.
Take time to drink something and pamper yourself. Read, take a shower, put some makeup… you will feel confident and ready for the day!
5- Take a real breakfast
Taking time to eat something is important to have enough energy. Your body but also your brain need it!
I know that some of you cannot eat in the morning, so even a cup of tea with a spoon of honey, a fruit or piece of bread can help.
6- Stretch your body
This is the first thing I do. Still on my bed, I stretch all my body.
Your mind and body need it!
If you like yoga, few minutes of it can be the perfect morning routine!
I am not talking about the big house cleaning, but take time to do your bed, tidy your living room and kitchen. Coming back from work, and find a clean and bright home is the best feeling!
When I was in France, I used to walk everyday especially in the morning even in winter. I love the sensation of breathing the fresh wind and enjoy the life to the fullest.
