some words just for you

Dear friend,

I wanted to write a letter to you because I know that since few months life is rough and uncertain, our plans are off and news not good.

I want to take a moment to tell you that you are not alone. If loneliness helps you, so take time for yourself first, but everywhere around you, someone can talk and listen to you. You are alive, take time to breathe and appreciate simple little things: birds, sun, breeze…

You know, in august I came back to my country, and I am still processing all the changes, sometimes I feel overwhelmed and incapable to live the present moment, sometimes I regret and feel guilty.

Our political climate is upside down and I do not feel at home anymore.

Do not be afraid to be you; do not be afraid to take some good times just for you. If you feel like doing nothing today, well, let it go! Take a nap, listen to music, pray, laugh, cry…

We cannot control everything apart us and our well-being, so do not forget yourself, listen to your heart and your soul, take a deep breath and do not forget that someone else feeling just like you today.
